Ingredients:
halibut steaks
butter
lemon zest
bread crumbs
parsley
salt (if you are using unsalted butter)
black or white pepper
Put halibut steaks on a baking sheet. Turn the oven to 375 F (180 C). Put salt and pepper on steaks.
Then spread some butter on top (don't overdo it), add lemon zest and little bit of bread crumbs.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes (it depends on how thick steaks are). When it's done, sprinkle with some more chopped parsley.
